Small business need help!

Businesses are critical to every community’s economy creating employment, driving cash flow and support to not-for-profit organizations serving the needs of that community.

As we start to come out of this incredibly difficult time brought on the COVID-19 world-wide pandemic, our small businesses, particularly Mom & Pop operations, family businesses, self-employed individuals, and other entrepreneurs, our Poco community is coming together to assist and support these small enterprises.

A number of organizations have formed a consortium to work together in Port Coquitlam to help ease that transition in slowly opening up our local economy. We are proud to be part of this consortium with the following:

The first project launched by this consortium is a Small Business Marketing & Video Program that will create one to two minute video profiles of within Port Coquitlam that have been closed due to Covid-19 and are now slowly emerging. This program is offered free to small businesses to help create exposure and encourage local citizens to support these businesses with their patronage. Please help us make this happen and get Port Coquitlam back on its feet as soon as possible. And feel free to contact us with names of businesses that you think should be featured here and promoted through our consortium’s social media. Thank you for your support.
